Duterte Regarding Marcos: ‘Ang Ganda Ng Patakbo Niya Even In Mindanao, Nasira Lang Ng Asawa.’

President Duterte expressed his,admiration to the late President Ferdinand Marcos anew, according to according the Philippine Star editor Marichu Villanueva, Duterte believed that Marocs was the “the most brilliant President” ever despite,countless human rights violations and corruption cases filed against him.

Duterte also believes that all of Marcos’ work was destroy,by his wife former First Lady and now incumbent Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos.

Villanueva quoted President Duterte saying: “Ang ganda ng patakbo niya (Marcos) even in Mindanao, nasira lang ng asawa.”

Duterte cited as basis for Marcos’ stellar leadership the “trailblazing” initiatives he launched, such as the Masagana 99 rice production program.
