Nasa Confirms Six Days of Darkness

<p>The ‘hoax’ of 2014, “National,Aeronautics & Space Administration confirmed, Earth to experience six days of darkness which was to last from the sixteenth of December,till the twenty second of that very month.” This has been the hottest,topic on a couple of satirical news websites,and on twitter too; as it has definitely,scarred and excited a lot of people.<br />
To make this statement more bonafide they also added,the name of Charles Frank Bolden Jr. current administrator of NASA a retired United,States Marine Corps Major General and also a former NASA astronaut.<br />
These websites claimed that the reason for the,blackout was because of a solar storm that was to result in space dust and space debris to wind up copious and,subsequently, obstruct eighty percent of the sun light.<br />
The story became a web,sensation with panicked and concerned people quickly,turning to twitter to voice their worries,over the overall black out.<br />

A petition urging,for more appropriate action to combat the Ebola situation on the United,States home front has been deleted from Whitehouse.gov, citing The petition,you are trying to access has been removed from the site under our Moderation Policy because it is in violation of our Terms of Participation.<br />
In light of the CDC’s protocols which have,proven to be ineffective after two nurses were effected with the virus in Texas recently, the public outcry for a tightening of visas from those flying in from Ebola-struck,countries, is justifiable. Yet Obama’s response has,downplayed the situation by stating that We know the,protocols and we know that when they’re followed, they work.<br />

The question begs why the petition was,taken down in the first place. By removing it, Obama’s administration appears to be more,concerned with the narrative,rather than actions. The following was said,during a 2 hour long interview by an expert in Chinese,censorship who has been locked up in china on his holiday for telling,people the truth and questioning the authorities. He wishes to remain anonymous as these impressions and statements,could be harmful when traced back to him. This is the essence and I did paraphrase,his words so some of it may seem out of context.“The good people of China are,among the most indoctrinated I’ve ever seen, nothing about the way they defend their government seems somewhat,genuine. It looks like they are wired to have a sense of hatred  toward the Tibetan people. They are continuously,lied to by the government at every opportunity they get and they are censored,themselves on Sina Weibo, the government-controlled social network. I got arrested when,interviewing a local police officer who felt my behaviour was unethical and downright evil. When in custody , I had the chance to talk to inmates,who had been through roughly the same thing. In our cell block, there,were no murderers to be found, no rapists nor psychopaths. We were all just asking the wrong,questions at the wrong time and place. The stories I heard were those of Tibetans,getting captured for vague reasons and released after two months and all of these prisoners were found dead 1 year later and no one could,link those deaths to the Chinese anymore due to the leap in time. I was struck with fear and,hatred toward the Chinese people who just keep on living their lives and who don’t question,the authorities. This censorship is of course a violation of the human rights and organisations,such as amnesty are trying their best to fight this. It almost seems ridiculous how openly they abuse,freedom rights for example Liu Xiaobo Who won the nobel prize for peace (because of his work on fighting,the government) whilst in captivity, oh the irony .”<br />

GreatFire is a secretive organisation,that monitors the censored,messages on Sina Weibo and posts them on freeweibo.com for the world to see. The activists,think that the way they made the app renders it impossible to be blocked by the,government. They hope that will show others an effective way to avoid Chinese internet,restrictions, whilst furthering their goal of ending online censorship in China. GreatFire was founded in 2011 by three guys who wish to remain,anonymous in fear of  China’s revenge. So how did they bypass the internet,restrictions? They hosted FreeWeibo on amazon’s cloud hosting service, It cannot be blocked,because of the businesses that rely on amazon . If blocked , too many businesses,would suffer from economic losses and the Chinese government can’t have that. This gives Greatfire an epic advantage,almost like a bank heist with an enormous amount of hostages being held. The mobile app was,taken down from the app store in reply .</div>

GreatFire hopes that the android,version cannot be taken down (as easily) and furthermore that amazon doesn’t make any deals with China (so far they have,kept quiet and respected their customer’s privacy when,asked about FreeWeibo). This will prove to be a far bigger,challenge because this site get updated,frequently and is quite huge as well. “Our goal is to end online censorship,in China. That’s the endgame for us,” says one of the founders of GreatFire. “And we won’t rest until we have achieved,that goal.”</div>

<p>Lipa City, Batangas –  A man was killed by his neighbor,because of changing his Wi-Fi password last night. According to the,investigation of the police, the suspect that we just called “Moymoy” asked the Wi-Fi password of his,neighbor and because of the nice attitude of his neighbor, the victim gave the password to the suspect without any hesitation.<br />
After six months of using the Wi-Fi of his,neighbor for free, the victim changed the password of his Wi-Fi because of the slow,connection that he experienced in sharing his,connection to the suspect. The victim didn’t inform Moy about this that,causing the suspect to became enraged. The victim’s relatives saw the furious,suspect attacked the victim and stabbed many times.<br />
The mother of the victim already knew,the anger of the suspect to the victim, because her son inform her that,since her son changed his Wi-Fi password, the victim already,receiving threats from the suspect. The victim also showed to his mother a letter,from the suspect, the message said that “Kapag di mo binalik yung dating password mo, sigurado,pagsisisihan mo ang mangyayari sayo”. They just ignored the threats,because Moy is just a teenager and they didn’t expect that the suspect can really kill people.<br />
The victim was declared,dead on arrival, receiving 10 stabs from,different parts of his body. The suspect was known as an online game addict in their place and never,subscribe his own internet service provider,because of the financial problems faced by his family. According to the police that interrogated the suspect, Moy didn’t answer the,questions and saying random answers, a symptom that the suspect already,suffering in a psychological disorder.<br />

<p>The FBI director has slammed,Apple and Google for offering their customers,encryption technology that protects users’ privacy. “Deeply concerned” James Comey wants to push on Congress to “fix” laws to ensure police can still access private data.<br />
“It’s the equivalent of a,closet that can’t be opened. A safe that can’t be cracked,” Comey, speaking at the Brookings Institute in Washington DC, referred to,the encryption technology calling the new service “a marketing pitch.”<br />
“But it will have very serious consequences for law,enforcement and national security agencies at all levels,” he warned.<br />
Apple has recently presented its latest Mac OS X operating system,for desktop and laptop computers, encouraging its customers to use FileVault disk,encryption technology to keep their data secure. The tool would also prevent NSA or FBI from having,access to phones and computers.<br />
Google said it wanted to follow suit with its Android,operating system and “encryption will be enabled by default.”<br />
If a customer does not decline the,encryption offer, his or her computer or phone,will be locked.<br />
This means that the,companies,will not be able to unlock a phone or a hard,drive to reveal photos, documents, e-mail or recordings stored within.<br />
“Criminals and terrorists would like nothing more than for us to miss out,” Comey said, adding that encrypted information on “a bad guy’s phone has the potential to create a black hole for law enforcement.”<br />
"Justice may be denied because of a locked phone,or an encrypted hard drive," he said.<br />
Google said it wanted to follow suit,with its Android operating system and “encryption will be enabled by default.”<br />

Edward Snowden's revelations have,provoked the US tech companies to find better protection for personal information.<br />
Comey acknowledged: “The post-Snowden pendulum,has swung too far in one direction—in a direction of fear and mistrust.”<br />

“Some believe that the FBI has these phenomenal,capabilities to access any information at any time—that we can get,what we want, when we want it, by flipping some sort of switch,” he said. “It may be true in the movies or on TV. It is simply,not the case in real life.”<br />

The FBI director would like to see changes,made to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, or CALEA, “enacted 20 years ago—a lifetime in the internet age.”<br />

Companies like Apple or Google, should be required to build lawful,intercept capabilities for law enforcement, Comey says.<br />

“We aren’t seeking to expand our authority to intercept,communications,” he said. "We are struggling to keep up with changing,technology and to maintain our ability to actually collect the communications we are authorized to intercept.”<br />
<br />
CALEA only covers,landline and cellphone companies, broadband services or internet,phone services, which connect,with traditional phones.<br />
<br />
“We also need a regulatory or legislative fix,” Comey said, “so that all communication service providers are held to the same standard.”<br />
<br />
Comey’s speech was not the first time,he lashed out at Apple and Google for encrypting smartphones. In September, he told reporters in Washington that the encrypting,technology offered by the companies, powering nearly 95 percent of the smart,phones in the United States, severely hinder law enforcement,operations.<br />

Since it’s way too late to be proactive all we can do is react and even that seems to be slow. The United Kingdom was one of the first to act by screening people and restricting travel from that area of the world where it all seemed to start (maybe to avoid a movie plot like “28 days later”**). Europe seems to be stuck in a void of disbelief if you judge by the little information the media has provided us. Then we have the arrogance of the US government and the CDC (center for disease control), purposely bringing infected patients onto the soil to “test” a possible vaccine…yeah, ok more quality decisions by an unreliable leadership. Too bad no one has thought of wiggling in to visit some of these big Pharm. companies to see what’s happening instead of servers like google and Target.<br />

Conspiracy theories anyone?  Typically this disease was most active in places where sanitation and hygiene are not the best. HOW did it become so strong as to get past the cleanliness of US and other hospitals to infect workers? WHY are infected patients purposely being moved around and into dangerously high populated areas?  WHEN will our governments stop forming committees to point fingers and do what needs to be done? This whole scenario seems to parallel the mysterious explosion of AIDS in the 80’s. It’s as if it was finally “perfected” and got loose.<br />

To keep in sync with the conspiracy end of things… lastly, we have what I’ll call “the deceivers”. I cannot even imagine the fear that some people feel after simply thinking they may have been exposed to this virus. There’s no doubt that fear can make you do abnormal things. Thomas Duncan allegedly lied in not one but, three separate Ebola screenings at airports. Did he? The world will never know. Was it Fear? Ignorance? Maybe he just didn’t want to be delayed. Was he paid to do it? He supposedly knew exactly what the face of Ebola looked like and still said nothing. Can we chalk it up to selfishness or perhaps the “it’ll never happen to me” thought? That’s a possibility too.  These things being said; Ladies and gentlemen, Anonymous of all ages, races and creeds listen up! The fairytale thinking is no longer the privilege it’s been taken as. The governments can’t stop this, the religions can’t stop this, bullets can’t stop this. The only way it stops is if ALL people do their part. It starts with simple things like washing hands and covering your face when you sneeze and cough. Be afraid of this but, use common sense and protect yourself, your family and fellow Anonymous. The latest document from the Snowden’s desk talks about a program called “physical subversion,” under which the NSA’s undercover operatives were infiltrating foreign networks to acquire sensitive data and access to systems in the global communications industry and possibly even some American firms.<br />

The document describes the details regarding various field activities involving computer network attacks – information which is held among the NSA’s so-called “core secrets” in a system code-named Sentry Eagle. The document is dated 2004, although there's no reason to believe that the NSA has changed its behavior since then.<br />
Previous documents largely focused on U.S. companies providing the agency with vast amounts of customer data, including phone records and email traffic and also revealed the NSA’s operations to hack into other systems or to work with private corporations in an effort to weaken their own encryption systems, but the latest report suggests the agency could be embedding operatives into foreign, as well as domestic, “commercial entities.” But, it’s unclear whether these “commercial entities” are American or foreign or both.<br />

According to the latest document, NSA describes six different programs under its “core secrets,” all of which are categorized under the “Sentry Eagle” and some of which were ongoing as of year 2012. The programs are composed of the following:<br />
Sentry Hawk - involves cooperation between the NSA as well as foreign and domestic companies in order to exploit computer networks.<br />
Sentry Falcon - includes the defense of computer networks.<br />
Sentry Osprey - involves the NSA cooperating with the CIA, FBI and Pentagon to hire human agents that can help give the agency access to networks.<br />
Sentry Raven - describes the NSA’s negotiations with American companies to weaken their encryption in order to give the agency easier access.<br />
Sentry Condor - includes offensive network attacks that can destroy or weaken computer systems.<br />
Sentry Owl - involves the NSA working with foreign companies to make their products susceptible to NSA data gathering.<br />
