LOOK: Duterte’s First 50 Days. Top 3 Accomplishments

Over the past administrations, we are used to seeing reports on what the current President has accomplished during their first 100 days.

Today marks the 50th day of President Duterte, and many are shocked to see a lot of accomplishment from President Duterte’s administration.

As a backup for that, Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar names the top 3 accomplishments of the President in 50 days.

1. More than 600k drug users and pushers presented themselves voluntarily.
In less than a month into the Duterte’s administration, more than 600 thousand drug pushers and users from all around the country surrendered themselves.

2. The signing of Executive Order Freedom of Information
After almost 30 years of being pending in court, President Duterte finally signed the Executive Order stating that all officials should be transparent and the people should have the right to know this information.

Here is a video when he signed last July 23, 2016.

3. The launching of 911 and 8888
The worldwide 911 hotline for emergencies was launched in the Philippines. This is thanks to President Duterte.
