LOOK: Duterte Regarding De Lima: “I DID NOT GO OVERBOARD, SHE DID”

In an ambush interview, President Duterte was asked about his statement about De Lima, he said he did not abuse his power when he made statements about his claim.

The President stated that

“She created the scandal. she knows that she is a public official.”

He also added,

“Pagka nasa public office ka De Lima, your life is an open book.”

“He (lover) can become a witness. Why would I file a case?” 

“I can use many people. I can use a prisoner. I can use her lover who is her driver,” he added.

Duterte believes de Lima has no one to blame but herself for the expose.
This is in response when a reporter told him that some people are saying spare the family.
