Mayor Erap Promise To Give Justice For Road Rage Victims In Quiapo Manila
Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada promise to give justice for the two victims of road rage happened yesterday in Quiapo Manila.  According to the ABS-CBN News, the suspect was identified as Vhon Tanto who works as a repairman of motorcycles and also a resident in Praternal Street, Barangay 385, Zone 39 Quiapo, Manila.
Due to this fatal killing, Estrada told the Manila Police District to capture Vhon Tanto.

“I have directed the MPD to see to it that the culprit is captured and brought to court to face charges. To the family of Mr. Geralde (the biker in the video), our condolence. I assure you that justice will be given. “

The MPD Senior Inspector Rommel Anicete demands Tato to surrender and state his facts regarding the crime he committed.

One of the victims in road rage in Quiapo Manila is Rocel Bondoc, she’s currently in critical condition at intensive care unit (ICU) of Mary Chiles Hospital. Rocel is an 18-year old student of Universidad de Manila, she was shot in the spinal cord by a stray bullet from Tanto’s gun, living near the scene of the gun shooting.

Estrada assures that all necessary medical assistance will be provided to Rocel. In fact, he recalls how he met Rocel in Universidad de Manila.
“Rocel is one of our city scholars, a bright student and has a very bright future ahead. It pains me to see her in the hospital, wounded.”
