The confusion started when 4,000 Peter Lim appeared,in the database of the NBI but the PDEO chief is convinced,that the Cebuano,businessman is indeed the correct drug lord.
“Yes, he is.” Lapeña answered when he was asked if Peter Lim was in their list of top drug lords.
“He is the one in our target list,” Lapeña reiterated.
The NBI earlier,created a fact-finding team to investigate Lim’s alleged involvement in illegal drug trade.
President Duterte warned Lim to submit to any investigation the authorities might conduct or he will have him killed, Lim said that he will cooperate to any investigation and he will clear his name.
