Amor Deloso- Governor of the province of,Zambales revealed that China had been buying mountains to make artificial islands,in the Scarborough Shoal.
He claimed that the Chinese have built an,island of over 3,500 hectares out of the two and a half mountains that they bought.
He expressed concern for the military base,that was being built. He has also released orders to stop the operations occurring.
Department of Environment and Natural,Resources (DENR) Secretary Gina Lopez said that the people responsible for the transactions with,the Chinese in regards to the mountains will be reproved according to the rule of law.
