Floating Shabu Laboratory in Subic Bay

A ship which is operating a shabu laboratory in Subic Bay, Barangay Calapandayan and four Hong Kong nationals were arrested during night time of July 11 and were presented to Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.

They have confiscated inside the vessel were shabu substance and equipment used in manufacturing drugs. The 50-meter ship was used to bring drug cargos to the provinces of Ilocos, Cagayan, Pangasinan and Subic.

Bato is serious in suppressing drugs and criminality in the country. He is proudly supported by President Rodrigo Duterte who has the same goal with Dela Rosa.
