A Reverend Sister Cecilia Maria has been living in the Saints Teresa and Joseph Monastery in Santa Fe, Argentina after she became a nun in 2003. Initially, she did not start as a nun but was a nurse after she graduated the nursing course at the age of 26.
However, she lived a simple and quieted life. She is dedicated to offering a prayer. She is known for her sweetness and the constant smile that she has on her face.
Around 6 months ago, she was diagnosed with tongue cancer and by the time it was discovered, it had already spread out in her lungs. She was only given few months to live.
She never lost her cheerful spirit even though she is already felling pain. She continued to smile to everyone.
Sister Cecilia Maria passed away at the age of 43 on June 22. But what is more surprising is that she is still smiling for she will no longer suffer in her mortal body.
