The anonymous friend, serving as a spokesperson behind the “Bring Justice for Mark Facebook page”, said Mark Calub (the victim) has remained in Atlanta on life support since the attack that happened on April 22.

Mark’s support group said they are devastated and continues to plead for help; hoping for justice so the suspects could not hurt others like what they did to Mark.

A surveillance video released by the Atlanta Police Department shows three of the suspects jumping into a vehicle after brutally attacking Calub and his two friends around 3:00 a.m. at the 500 Block of Edgewood Street.

Atlanta Police have already put out a $2,000 reward; hoping for leads in what they have labeled as a horrible assault.

The description of the suspects are four black men, who drove away in a dark Nissan Armada.

They are calling on anyone with information to call the Atlanta Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS.

Mark grew up in Southern California, and eventually moved to San Francisco where he worked as a safety, health and environmental specialist.

As reported by Balitang America, the UC Irvine graduate was active in many Filipino, school, and church organizations, and he even taught music education to the underprivileged in Kenya.

Thru a crowd-funding website, YouCaring, they have been raising funds and prayers from people that personally know him, as well as from strangers. The page has a link to an emergency fund for the Calub family.

The donations will be used to help with the medical expenses, as the poor victim remains on life support.
