As part of the campaign to give awareness to the Netizens on how illegal mining firms destroyed the environment and the locals, she posted a video presentation showing the destruction caused by mining in different parts of the Philippines.
In a 4 minute video posted by Secretary Gina Lopez, shows the different places that she checked and how she became disappointed for seeing the destruction of oceans and forest because of irresponsible mining.
It also shows the tribes who fought against the mining companies that destroying their home, including the Lumads who got allegedly killed because of their advocacy.
