Senator Leila De Lima was expected to be arrested anytime soon after the Regional Trial Court of Muntinlupa (RTC) Branch 204 issued the arrest warrant against the lady Senator.
Judge Juanito Gerrerro, Judge Amelia Fabros-Corpuz and Judge Patria Manalastas-De Leon raffled off the case against Sen. De Lima who accused of being the protector of the Bilibid Prison Drug Trade.

Last week, Department of Justice charged De Lima for violating the Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption, Bilibid inmates and former NBI Deputy Directors also filed a case against Senator Leila De Lima who allegedly ordered the inmates to sell illegal drugs to fund her Senatorial Campaign.
The Lady Senator said before that she’s ready to face all the accusations against her, but she requested to be detained in a safe place where she can avoid being a victim of alleged extrajudicial killings.
But the VACC and other lawmakers said that De Lima must not allowed to chose where she can be detained.
This week, Senator Leila De Lima released tirades against the Duterte administration and labeled President Rodrigo Duterte a ‘sociopathic killer’. She also urged the Filipino people to join the People Power Revolution Anniversary Rally on February 25- 26 and stood up against the dictatorship of the current administration.
