PNP Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa stopping his urge to strangle SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel when he saw him during the Senate Probe on “Tokhang on Ransom” Thursday, January 26.
Bato told Senator Bam Aquino that he really wanted to strangle Santa Isabel, one of the suspect in the kidnapping and killing of South Korean Businessman Ick Joo Jee last year.
“Pardon me pero sa totoo lang gusto ko na talagang sakalin ito[SPO3 Santa Isabel]” PNP Chief Bato told Senator Bam.
The South Korean Businessman was killed inside Camp Crame and his corpse was cremated to hide the crime.
The PNP head also believed that Santa Isabel and his group already doing their illegal acts, even before he became the Director General of the police organization.
“My presumption, before pa ako nag-chief PNP, ginagawa na nila ito.” PNP Chief Bato said.
He even asked Aquino to ask Sta. Isabel why they are so brave in doing that kind of crime even inside the National Police Headquarters, but the suspect is keeping denying his involvement to the crime.
