A Russian news channel produced a documentary on the war on drugs of President Rodrigo Duterte.

The documentary titled "Project Duterte" or Drug Use and Trafficking Elimination thru Rehabilitation, Training and Enforcement.

The video showed different scenes of killed drug suspects and the controversial "Oplan Tokhang".
