PS/Ins. Orlando Ramos Guira, 46 years old a resident of Tacurong city Sultan Kudarat was shot dead while riding his motorcycle along the national highway of Tacurong City.
According to the investigation, Guira is on his way home when unidentified gunmen who also rides a motorcycle killed him, the victim received gun wounds in his back.
According to the wife of the victim, Guira doesn’t receive any death threats, but he warns his wife to avoid going to Cotabato City because the drug lords may retaliate to the authorities after they raided several drug dens in the City.
