Lawmakers just filed a bill to change the,senior citizen age from 60 to 56, House Bill 529 was filed by AKO-Bicol Partylist Representatives,Rodel Batocabe, Alfredo Garbin Jr., at Christopher Co, the bill will amend Republic Act 7432.
The authors of the bill said that by lowering,the age,requirement more Filipinos from public and private offices can benefit from,the,privileges in case of sickness comes.
With this new bill, Solons think that it will,increase the employment rate in the country.
