Seems like the president doesn’t want to be,treated like a VIP in an event, he even talks to the Chefs and staff.

Good leaders must lead by example. By,walking your talk, you become a person others want to follow. When leaders say one thing, but do another, they erode trust a critical,element of productive leadership.
The president has been telling his cabinet that,they should live a simple lifestyle and reject any form of luxury while they are working under him, he also asked,them that they should not seek any public office after his term and they should,retire with him after 6 years.
