Noynoy Aquino is now facing an arrest warrant,after the NDF recommendation issued today April 3, 2017. As we recall last April 2016 wherein 6,thousands of farmers conducted a rally in Kidapawan.
Some of them killed by local officials ordered,by Noynoy Aquino. Noynoy camp was downplaying this issue and still believing that the,arrest warrant obstruct law under the Supreme Court because according to them, it is the SC who,has the call for an arrest for a former president.
