During the senate inquiry on extrajudicial killing on Monday, December 5, previous whistleblower Sandra Cam criticized Senator Leila de Lima after she got her to sit that was seen standing while Sen. De Lima was asking Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa to call the authorities who brought drug lord Kerwin Espinosa from Abu Dhabi

“May I ask that lady (Cam) to sit down. She is not part of this. She’s not a resource person. Please ask her to sit down. That’s out of order!” Irked Sen. De Lima stated

According to Cam, she's prepared to be asked for as a source person during the hearing to address Sen. De Lima's concerns since it was her who encouraged the PNP on Espinosa's where abouts after getting records from her abroad employee that the declared drug lord remained in Abu Dhabi.

She even joined the team that fetched Espinosa at Abu Dhabi, ABS-CBN News reported.

Well pinipilit niya (De Lima) chief PNP sino sumundo so pinangalanan ako, so tumayo ako. Gusto ko i-request mo paupuin ako as a resource person para lahat gusto mo malaman ibibigay ko.

Kinekwestyon niya (De Lima) [ang] aking presence, para malaman niya, it was Sandra Cam who tipped police para ma-arrest ang isang drug lord.

However, Cam said that there was no need for Sen. De Lima to raise her voice

Wag mo akong sisigaw-sigawan dahil this is the time for me na sagutin ka harapan.

Hindi ako senadora, secretary of justice na pumatol sa bodyguarddriver. Di ako ganyan Leila. Disente ako di gaya mo.

I [am] warning her not to raise her voice because I don’t care kung makulong ako, ma-contempt ako lalabanan ko yan dahil hindi naman yan disenteng babae.
