Duterte lambasted America for cutting the foreign aid and pressuring the Philippines to stop it’s war on drugs.
The President downplayed the warning of America because he believed that Russia and China would help the Philippines to fix the drug problem.
“We can survive without american money.” Duterte said.
He also announced that China would donate free weapons and rehabilitation to help the Philippines to fight it’s internal problems.
The American Soldiers can also leave anytime in the Philippines or he’s going to force them to leave.
“So ba-bye America. We will work on protocols to move you out from the Philippines.” The President said.
Duterte also fumed when he recalled how America killed many Filipinos during their occupation in the Philippines.
“Come on America. You stayed in my country for 50 years. You made us a colony. How dare you say you will cut all assistance? ” Duterte said.
“You hypocrites. You enjoyed the fat of my land for 50-years, kayo ang may utang sa amin”
Russia was also praised by President Duterte, saying that the said country can became a good ally.
“Russia can be a very important ally. They do not insult people; they do not interfere” he said.
