former National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Joel Pagdilao is a member of an anti-Duterte Facebook group named “Duterte Resign Movement”
He was added by Johnny Sunga on 29 November the same month when the group was created.
General Pagdilao was named by President Duterte as one of the high officials of the Philippine National Police who are involved in illegal drug trade in different parts of the Philippines.
Pagdilao denied the accusations of President Duterte that he was protecting drug syndicates and he said that he would clean his name.
After that, National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) found basis to file administrative cases against Pagdilao for serious irregularity in performance of duty and serious neglect of duty.
