EDSA People Power Day on February 25, 2017 (Saturday) is expecting numerous rallies, walkouts, and protests coming from the Yellows, who are identified as the Liberal Party (LP), and the United Democracy and Duterte Supporters (United DDS) with the latter announcing a worldwide solidarity demonstration to happen on the day.
Various DDS sectors in the Philippines and elsewhere in the world will be holding their own pro-Duterte solidarity demonstrations, gatherings, & social affairs for defending Philippine democracy against forces of narcopoliticsas posted and constantly updated by Thinking Pinoy in their Facebook Page.
All participants of the United DDS protests are required to wear red or blue with some organizers offering free shirt printing. Most of the local gatherings inform that participants must bring their own food or snacks to share, contrary to free food LP offers to their supporters.The complete list of location, time, and other details as posted by Thinking Pinoy in their Facebook page is as follows:
