MANILA,PHILIPPINES - ABS-CBN News TV anchors Korina,Sanchez and Noli De Castro slammed,slammed after the controversial comments,they made regarding Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit).
It was in the end of December 3 episode,of TV Patrol where Korina,Sanchez, Noli De Castro, and Ted Failon started to exchange their insights,about the typhoon. Sanchez said that we (Filipinos) can sheer away the typhoon by praying,but her next comment had gone too far enough to break out another,controversy against her.
Korina Sanchez wished,the entire typhoon to hit Japan instead.
This sparked netizens to outrage,against what these two news anchor did. They believe that this is unethical and,very unprofessional. They are also questioning the ABS-CBN's standard,when it comes to journalism.
