The Spain-based DotA2 squad Play2Win has signed a contract with,adult website YouPorn for a sponsorship, which was made,official earlier today through a post on YouPorn's official blog. The team will make their debut this,week in the Spanish LAN event Gamergy in Madrid.
When the representatives of the adult website YouPorn announced their,intentions to sponsor an eSports team, many,believed that it was all just a hoax. However, the announcements and hints kept coming through various tweets, including,images of the squad's official apparel. Rumors wanted the website to have attracted one of the major free agent squads, such as Team,Tinker or Secret Team. In the end, it is the Spanish,roster Play2Win that will be playing under the company's banner from now on. The team,will get into action this week, starting on December 5th with the Gamergy,DotA2 tournament in Madrid.

Not much is known about Play2Win, as they are rather,unknown in the European DotA2 scene. It will surely be interesting,to see how the squad performs with the resources they,receive from their new sponsor. It should be noted that YouPorn is the,company from the adult entertainment,business to officially,sponsor an eSports club. A similar attempt made by another,website earlier this year in professional,football did not end well, as the sponsored,club was banned from their league.
