Despite of the current problems of President Rodrigo Duterte with his critics that keep on nagging that the anti-drug campaign is not good for human rights; finally there’s one region who believes that Duterte’s mission should be implemented to clean and secure the country.

The anti-drug campaign of President Duterte and his allies has inspired Indonesia’s anti-narcotics chief Budi Waseso to run the same campaign. In fact, Budi is planning to have more officers who could help him to wipe out any illegal drug trades in the region, as well as strong and heavy weapons.

Right now, Budi reveals that they’re already in the process of acquiring more weapons, investigators and sniffer dogs to make the mission to be accomplished soon enough.

Budi and Duterte is set to meet in Jakarta this week to discuss on how they can keep up in reducing and wiping out those drug pushers and other criminals.

However, Budi’s statements makes everything clear that no matter what happens, the life of drug dealers are useless. He said:
The life of a dealer is meaningless because he carries out mass murder. How can we respect that?
Meanwhile, Slamet Pribadi who happens to be the BNN spokesperson reiterates that no matter how solid Budi’s plan would be, to eradicate drug trades in the region, it should be still in accordance with the law and national/international standards. Meaning to say, even when the Philippines war on drugs inspires Jakarta, the latter will never be as aggressive as the Philippines.
