Raoul Jackpot Rosales who was the former Barangay Chairman of Balatas was closely connected to a drug lord.
Even Robredos know that he was connected in illegal drugs, Jesse still pushed him to run and became a councilor of Naga City.
When President Rodrigo Duterte won the presidency and declared war against illegal drugs, Fiel Rosales surrendered to the authorities.
