President-elect Rodrigo Roa Duterte, plans to set up a 24-hour hotline to hear the public's complaints when he takes office soon. It was a respond to an interview post,of a supporter's (Mocha Uson) Facebook page yesterday, "I will place around, seven or 10 person to man 24 hours a day. Direkta sa akin para mamonitor ko."
Imagine having a hotline like that, that can, make the country's government personally address to the nation's people's troubles. With that, we can, conclude that the possibility of helping almost all of the Filipinos is not implausible and, what's more, it can help us have a,certain connection to our very own government.
Maybe even the distrust planted between the,Filipinos and the Philippines' government could stop growing and might even vanish as,if it turned into air. Yet we, however, can never know, after all - it is only when he assumes office on June 30 will we,see the results, but we can always dream and strive for the best right?
In the meantime, Duterte also repeated his, push for the re-establishing of death penalty and the formation of a department for Overseas Filipino,Workers (OFW). And said that the Duterte government would work out to solve the traffic, issue in the capital as Incoming transportation secretary Arthur Tugade commented that Duterte, would ask "emergency powers" from the Congress to respond to the traffic "crisis."
