A netizen posted a video on Facebook where,workers are trying to rescue 2 children who drowned in a canal. According to the netizen, the canal is,under construction after a Maynilad Water Pipe broke down. The residents have been,complaining about the flooding in their community due to this pipe.
One child was already lifeless upon rescue,and the other child is still in critical condition.
