A very controversial video published by a seemingly Marcos propagandist, ‘Bring back the glory of our nation. Ferdinand Marcos JR for President‘ Facebook fan page, which is now being talked about in the social media.<br />

Although it was published on April of 2015, it is still a very intriguing topic to talk about.<br />
<br />
This is about the hidden wealth of the Marcoses, which are considered as ill-gotten wealth, according the past governments of the Philippines after the Marcos regime.<br />
<br />
The documentary video says that Marcos obtained a very huge amount of gold, estimating to more than a million metric tons of gold bars.<br />
<br />
In the video is Karen Hudes, an eminent former lawyer of World Bank, talking to a guy who looks like a journalist.<br />
<br />
Hudes said:<br />

“The world Bank and IMF are very special organization. They are sitting on the top of the world’s health, which was put into a secret account and it has more gold than anybody knows about. And it is cloaked locked in secrecy. The bankers do not own that money. It’s held in benefit of humanity.”<br />
<br />
Hudes added that more than half of the overwhelming amount of gold are mostly kept in the Philippines.<br />
<br />
It’s hard to say whether this is mere speculation or a simple conspiracy theory. There were many instances that Imelda Marcos even told the media that there is indeed gold that were obtained by the her husband, the late former President Ferdinand Marcos. But that she cleared out that the gold are in the hands of the Philippine government and the World Bank. So, according to her, the gold is not with them anymore, since the Marcos regime was toppled down in 1986.<br />

From 1866 to 1898 , Prince Julian Macleod Tallano, who became titleholder of OCT 01-4 in 1864 – ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE 01-4 PROTOCOL ,The number 01 refers to the ONE NATION, known in pre – Hispanic times as MAHARLIKA. The number 4 refers to the original four regions og this nation:(1) Luzon (2) Visayas (3) Mindanao (4) Palawan , has been frequenting the Vatican.<br />

In 1934, under Pope PiusXII , the Vatican negotiated with the member of the Filipino Royal Family, the Christian Tallano clan in Maharlika. An agreement was reached that 640,000 metric tons of the Tallano gold would be LENT to the Pope. This was part of that gold accumulated by the Southeast Asian Srivijayan/Madjapahit Empire during its glorious reign of 900 years.<br />

In 1939, two members of the Tallano family and Roman Catholic Priest , Fr. Jose Antonio Diaz brought the gold from Kota Kinabalu , Sabah to the Vatican.<br />

After doing this, Fr Diaz went back to the Maharlika and resided in Cabanatuan City.<br />

After World War II , he facilitated the safe return of the 640,000 metric tons of GOLD from the Vatican tovthe Maharlika .Manuel Acuna Roxas( relative of the Acuna/ Tagean/ Tallano clan), then a congressman, and Bishop Enrique Sobrepena Sr, in the presence of Atty. Lorenzo Tanada, RECEIVED the gold in Manila.<br />

There is good reason to believe, even from further along in this account , that the young attorney FERDINAND E. MARCOS was involved in the return of the GOLD. Certainly by all accounts we have seen jt was Ferdinand Marcos and Diaz who shared in the enormous 30% commission- that is 192,000 TONS of Gold worth around $4 TRILLION today(2006) – for handling this transaction.<br />

WHO CAN SAY THIS WEALTH WAS ” ILL- GOTTEN”?<br />

A lease agreement was made between the Tallano clan and the Maharlika government. A total of 640,000 metric tons of gold was deposited in the newly installed Central Bank of the Maharlika to comply with its requirement for GOLD RESERVE. Under the terms of the contract , the Central Bank became the HOLDER of that gold. That LEASE agreement will EXPIRE in the year 2005.<br />

The Tallano Foundation has given notice of the termination of this 50 year lease following the additional 5 year discretionary period on December 31,2005 but remains unable to obtain an inventory of this asset even though the CENTRAL BANK( now Bangko Sentral Pilipinas ) is no longer entitled to HOLD the gold.<br />

Having gained the trust and confidence of Fr Diaz, the Tallano clan made him the main negotiator and trustee of their gold. Fr Diaz in turn, hired the services of ATTY. FERDINAND E MARCOS. , then a RECOMMENDED BRILLIANT YOUNG LAWYER having attained notoriety when he successfully defended himself in the ” NALUNDASAN CASE” in 1939.<br />
<br />
Tha TALLANO clan paid commission to Fr. Diaz and Atty .Marcos in gold, 30% From the principal of 640, 000 metric tons.<br />
<br />
<br />
In 1949. The two richest men in the world were Fr. Jose Antonio Diaz and Atty. Ferdinand E. Marcos . Between the two of them they legitimately earned and owned 192,000 metric tons of GOLD- from TALLANO CLAN and Maharlika Government.<br />
<br />
Ferdinand Marcos withdrew their share of the gold from the Central Bank and minted it ” RP -CB”. Sometime later, Fr.Diaz and Marcos brought their gold to SWITZERLAND , in the SWISS BANK CORPORATION in Zurich.<br />
<br />
The remaining 400,000 metric tons of TALLANO GOLD- ( Prince Lacan Acuna Macleod Tallano- son of Rajah Soliman Tagean and grandson of Maharajah Luisong Tagean) is in the third floor basement of the CENTRAL BANK MINTING PLANT in East Ave. Quezon City.<br />

There are 950,000 metric tons of Gold (declearedmissing in the International Court of Justice) picked up by Yamshita from its European ally, Hitler.<br />

Let’s review some numbers at this point because there are certainly some unexplained LOSSES along the way.<br />

The Tagean- Tallano gold started at 720,000 tons . 640,000 tons were transported to the Vatican and back, leaving 80,000 tons unaccounted from the outset.<br />

Out of 640,000 tons, 192,000 tons were paid in commission, which should be leave 448,000 tons- but somehow hat number as become 400,000 tons , leaving another 48,000 tons unaccounted.<br />

Following this story there are 128,000 (80,000 plus 48,000) tons of gold which somehow ” slipped through the cracks” in addition to 192,000 earned in commission, WHEREABOUTS UNKNOWN.. Opppsss!!!<br />

Out of the remaining 400,000 tons we do not know how much remains. We know there was an effort to do a major ” disappearing act” when the old Central Bank morphed into the new Bangko Sentral Pilipinas- but a recent decision of the SUPREME COURT ( Banco Filipino versus BSP ) has upheld that BSP is responsible for the liabilities of the old Central Bank.<br />

The POINT is that ultimately , a complete accounting should show where ALL of the original 720, 000 tons WENT- not to mention estimated 1.2 MILLION tons of Yamashita treasure ( combined German and Japanese plunder) identified above ( that is very nearly TWO MILLION TONS OF GOLD worth more than $38 TRILLION at todays price 2006)<br />

The phony, CIA backed EDSA ” PEOPLE POWER ” exhibition of 1986 had one primary purpose and that was to take this vast QUANTITY OF GOLD from the Philippines and the FILIPINO PEOPLE for the benefit of the INTERNATIONAL BANKING CARTEL to enslave mankind.<br />

WHAT ABOUT FR. DIAZ COMMISSION SHARED WITH FERDINAND MARCOS?<br />

When Fr. Jose Antonio Diaz , died in 1974 all the 30% COMMISSION in gold became the legendary ” MARCOS GOLD” . After providing for his family in Marcos ‘ Letter of Instruction, the whole wealth derived from this was supposed to be given to the FILIPINO PEOPLE . This was the “MARCOS WEALTH” that some POLITICIAN and CHURCHMEN kept on saying was the:<br />

WHY THIS WEALTH HAS BEEN LABELED ” ILL – GOTTEN ” a little further along in our STUDY , that unti today is in MARCOS SECRET ACCOUNTS.<br />

– On April 9, 1973 Marcos said: “MY EARTHLY GOODS HAVE BEEN PLACED IN THE CUSTODY AND FOR THE DISPOSITION OF THE MARCOS FOUNDATION DEDICATED TO THE WELFARE OF THE FILIPINO PEOPLE.”<br />

In his GRAND PLAN, MARCOS wanted to RE ESTABLISHED the former grandeur of MAHARLIKA and the whole region of SOUTHEAST ASIA , the former MALAYAN EMPIRE.<br />
<br />
In June 1983, Marcos appeared before the First World leaders in Toronto. He announced his plan to boost economy of the Southeast Asia Region by creating ASIAN DOLLAR. This would be backed up by the 400,000 metric tons of gold in Central Bank.<br />

The ASIAN DOLLAR , backed up by the two thirds of all gold in the world that was in the Maharlika. Would made the Maharlika money more valuable and stronger that the American dollar. This was his vision to raise Southeast Asia to be par with the rest of the first world countries.<br />

There is plenty of solid evidence of a program MARCOS worked on with American President Ronald Reagan, which referred to as the ABL ( ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN) program. Under this program some 250 sets of gold , documentation and related ABL currency were to be shipped to various countries around the world.<br />

—-WHAT BECAME OF THE REMAINING 400,000 metric TONS PERTAINING TO THE TAGEAN – TALLANO CLAN and where is it today?<br />

To this day, the 400,000 metric tons of GOLD are still in the CENTRAL BANK in East Avenue , Quezon City. NOBODY CAN MOVE it because Marcos insured it with the LLOYDS OF LONDON and its agents are guarding it.<br />

—-BUT THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ITS EXISTENCE.—<br />

Not only have SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS of the Philippines failed to ACKNOWLEDGE the existence of the GOLD, they have CONSPIRED to keep this information from being KNOWN to the Filipino People.<br />

We assume this is because they have been working at ways to convert the GOLD for their own selfish gain, probably in conspiracy with the International Banking Cartel.<br />

Immediately after Ferdinand Marcos was REMOVED from the office by a U.S MILITARY helicopter , the NEWLY installed PRESIDENT CORAZON AQUINO , formed the PCGG- Presidential Commission on Good Government, PURPORTEDLY to go after the Marcos – ILL GOTTEN WEALTH.<br />

” IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE CONSPIRATORS THAT THIS WEALTH SHOULD BE LABELLED ~~ILL – GOTTEN~~ even though, as has already been shown , MR MARCOS was in his OWN RIGHT the WEALTHIEST MAN on the face of the EARTH and had absolutely no need to take anything from anyone.<br />

A decision of the FEDERAL SUPREME COURT OF SWITZERLAND dated December 21,1990 said……”… By decision of May 29,1986 , the attorney general of District of Zurich accepted in principle to the legal assistance requested by the PHILIPPINES and invited all the banks of the City of Zurich to FREEZE IMMEDIATELY all the accounts, deposits or safes of the persons, companies or foundations ( of MARCOS) in the order….”<br />

THE ACCOUNTS WERE FROZEN at the request of the government of the Philippines and the PCGG has ensured they have remained FROZEN to this day.<br />
<br />

This is all a GRAND SCHEME OR SCAM. BLINDED Filipinos must keep repeating that MARCOS was a THEIF ( MAGNANAKAW) so that those HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of DOLLARS of Marcos Money will remain FROZEN and not be given to them for their use..<br />

Consequently, they MUST CONSTANTLY BORROW MONEY from International Monetary Fund( IMF) and World Bank ( WB) with SO MUCH INTEREST so that this COUNTRY WILL REMAIN A SLAVE and SHACKLED to the foreign powers.<br />

HISTORY will show that the money was not stashed away and inaccessible but AVAILABLE to truly deserving Filipinos.<br />

There was NOTHING SECRET about Marcos Accounts. These ACCOUNTS were ONLY MADE SECRET by some people in the government so that the PUBLIC would not know its REAL STORY.<br />

DSWD Asst. Secretary Lorraine Marie Badoy lamented that while it is a big help for DSWD to help them get back home, “but if this is all we gun for, not JUSTICE, not INDEMNIFICATION, then we are so lost.” She heartily expressed that, “I want justice for them. I want them paid over and beyond what they were promised—for all the grief, all the abuses, all the hardships they’ve had to endure in the hands of the greedy oligarchs.”<br />
<br />
Based on the stories of the farmers to Badoy, they flew all the way from Mindanao, their hometown, to Hacienda Luisita in Luzon because of the Cojuangco’s promise that they will be paid Php 500 per day. However, “when the dust had settled, the highest they were paid was 160 pesos a WEEK. Often it went down to as low as 40 pesos a week.”<br />
<br />
Besides the lowly wage, the Aquino-Cojuancos made them pay for the food they were fed which was nothing more than rotten sardines, noodles, and sometimes no food at all. The farmers of Hacienda Luisita had to rummage through the garbage of their landowners just to find a meal.<br />
<br />
The abuses and lowly wage forced the farmers to escape and seek help in DSWD where they were given free bus tickets back to Mindana , however Badoy solicited more help online by asking for donations.<br />
<br />
Before the farmers left Luzon, they were able to receive more than Php 62, 000 from various citizens, not including four sacks of 50kg rice, boxes of noodles, and biscuits from Duterte’s Kitchen, lunch, more biscuits, and drinks from a volunteer, Sheila Uson and her husband.<br />
<br />
In post on Facebook, Badoy narrated,<br />

"I look at this photo and I don’t know about you but what I see is a bunch of human beings. I bet you do too.<br />
<br />
I don’t see them any different from me.<br />
<br />
Apparently not so with the Cojuangcos of Hacienda Luisita who recruited them from far off Mindanao with the promise of work that would pay them 500 bucks a day. An enticing pay that hundreds of them walked in to the trap and left their families last November.<br />
<br />
When the dust had settled, the highest they were paid was 160 pesos a WEEK. Often it went down to as low as 40 pesos a week. And they were woken up at 2 or 3 am and in the dark, start the backbreaking work of harvesting sugar cane--- where they were paid by the tons of sugar cane they could harvest instead of by the day as they were promised.<br />
<br />
Among them, MINORS AND SENIORS!<br />
<br />
They were made to pay for the food they were fed—rotten sardines, noodles and most days, nothing!-- so they had to scrounge around in the basurahan of the Aquino Cojuangcos—amidst the soiled sanitary napkins and toilet paper.<br />
<br />
The going rate of the rice fed them was 6000 bucks per sack of rice ---the amount of which was deducted from their 50 peso-a-week take home pay. And they were kept under lock and key so they couldn’t just walk out of the joint and say, “I have had enough. Pakyu Noynoy Panot!”<br />
<br />
But escape they did. And they found their way to the DSWD through the kindest of souls: Ricky Medenilla and Pia Castro—kind strangers who saw them sleeping in the streets near Aguinaldo (they were turned away there. Argh.) and took them into their homes, fed them and brought them to us.<br />
<br />
As a kid I loved reading stories about slavery in the US. I just had no idea this shit still existed under our very noses.<br />
<br />
And you know what’s the shittiest part in it for me? Apart from the Cojuangcos distancing themselves from this, I am betting. The oligarchs do not want to dirty their hands. That's a given. They let their minions do the dirty job for them. So the shittiest part for me is how the best they get from this now is a bus ticket home care of the DSWD.<br />
<br />
Yes home is a big thing. HUGE. To be back in the embrace of their families after the hell called Hacienda Luisita.<br />
<br />
But if all they get out of this is a bus ticket home, then we’re all fucked.<br />
<br />
Yes, I love that, in the embrace of DSWD, they got fed, listened to, comforted –TREATED LIKE THE HUMAN BEINGS THEY ARE--and that arrangements were made ora mismo to get them back home.<br />
But if this is all we gun for, not JUSTICE, not INDEMNIFICATION, then we are so lost.<br />

I want justice for them. I want them paid over and beyond what they were promised—for all the grief, all the abuses, all the hardships they’ve had to endure in the hands of the greedy oligarchs. A case has been filed against Hacienda Luisita and it is in the DOLE. I want us all to be so invested in it and watch it with eagle eyes.<br />

I want the COJUANGCOS, those fucking greedy bastards brought to justice and to be made to answer for all the crimes they have committed against the Filipino people.<br />

In the video, Thomas was interviewed by a Filipino and asked him on his view about Duterte.<br />

"Because he's gonna fight the corruption, the criminals, the drugs, everything. He gonna get the Philippines on the right way now," Thomas replied when asked why he likes Duterte.<br />
<br />
Tomas admittedly impressed by President Duterte's good governance and he also showed his Duterte's baller he weared on his left hand.<br />
<br />
Netizens applauded and thanked the Swedish man for the supports and for making a good impression to President Duterte.<br />

New Year – Left Ising’s Party for VP Agnew and the Foreign Ministers at 11:00 PM so that we could welcome New Year with the children. They were trying out the Bocaue sparklers at the garden and fountain in front of the main gate. Hope we did not break Ising’s party as VP and Mrs. Agnew followed us home and he tried a few sparklers himself before he went to bed.<br />

Mass at 12:40 – Sleep at 1:30 AM. Woke up at 7:00; back to bed to wake up and talk to VP and Mrs. Agnew up to 9:00 AM.<br />

Yesterday I finally transferred all of my worldly possessions to the Filipino people through the Ferdinand E. Marcos Foundation. I have been planning this for many years but I felt that the beginning of my second term was the most propitious time. This was a decision arrived at after a long deliberation and was not the result of pique, anger, despair or emotion – Nor is it due to a sense of guilt because some the funds come from the Yamashita treasure – Nor is it just a political stunt. I have no further political plans.<br />

And it seems a burden has been lifted from my shoulders.<br />
<br />
The surprising thing is that the reaction of the people seem to be of no consequence to me. It was a noble act waiting to be done. I feel I am above all the pettiness of men and I look down on them with some contempt but with a counterbalance of understanding.<br />

I have today given away by general instrument of transfer all my worldly possessions to the Filipino people through a foundation to be organized known as the Marcos Foundation.<br />
<br />
Moved by the strongest desire and the purest will to set the example of self-denial and self-sacrifice for all our people, I have today decided to give away all my worldly possessions so that they may serve the greater needs of the greater number of our people.<br />
<br />
It is my wish that these properties will be used in advancing education, science, technology and the arts.<br />
<br />
This act I undertake of my own free will, knowing that my need of material possessions will, having always been a simple man, my needs will always be lesser that those of many of our people, who have given me the highest honor within their gift, an honor unshared by any one of my predecessors and not likely to be shared by any one else in the future no other Filipino leader.<br />
<br />
Since about a year ago, I have asked my closest some of very my closest confidants to study the mechanics of this decision. Today studies have been completed, and a foundation will be formed to administer these properties and all funds that may be generated therefrom.<br />
<br />
My wife, Imelda, is in agreement with this decision. Provisions will be made for my children, so that they shall be assured of satisfactory education and be prepared to meet their lifetime duties and endeavors.<br />

Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith, please accept my sincere congratulations on your successful chairmanship of the ASEAN throughout this year. You guided us with the timely motto of “Turning Vision into Reality for Dynamic ASEAN community.” You ably did your part in deepening integration to move us towards the realization of a rules-based people oriented, people-centered ASEAN community. </blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
In the last two days of our meetings, I have benefited immensely from our discussions and exchanges, providing me with insights on how best to build upon Lao PDR’s efforts in community building. During the Philippines’ chairmanship, we will highlight ASEAN as a model of regionalism and a global player, with the interest of the people at its core. </blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
We will pursue initiative and enhance cooperation with global partners to ensure that ASEAN citizens live in peace, stability, security and growth, all the while remaining ASEAN’s centrality, unity, and solidarity, we will maintain for all times. The Philippines is ready and willing to steer and guide the association. But crucial to the realization of our goals is the cooperation and support of all ASEAN member states and our dialogue partners. Indonesia is looking at the possibility of emulating the Philippines’ tough campaign against illegal drugs by bolstering its own police force with additional manpower and heavier firepower.<br />

Reuters said in its report that the Southeast Asian country has been inspired by its neighbor’s popular ‘war-on-drugs’ that has resulted in the crackdown of several drug pushers and the surrender of hundreds of thousands users within two months of the new administration.<br />

Despite report of alleged ‘extra-judicial killings’ amid Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs, majority of Filipinos are supportive of the government’s effort to rid the country of the monstrosity that has crept into its system for decades; corrupting politicians and people alike.<br />

In an interview with Reuters on Tuesday, Indonesia’s chief of national anti-narcotics agency (BNN), Budi Waseso, said the agency is “in the process of adding weapons, investigators, technology, and sniffer dogs to its arsenal as it steps up law enforcement efforts in one of the region’s biggest narcotics markets.”</blockquote>

On the possibility that Indonesia could be as aggressive as the Philippines, the official said: “Yes I believe so. It can happen because (the drugs problem) in Indonesia is as bad as in the Philippines”.<br />

“The life of a dealer is meaningless because (he) carries out mass murder. How can we respect that?” Waseso added.</blockquote>

Also, the two leaders of both countries have agreed to meet later in Jakarta after the ASEAN Summit in Laos this week where their respective anti-drug stance will be on top of the agenda.</div>

At the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) forum at Laos, President Duterte was dubbed as a “rockstar”. Everywhere he went, he drew a crowd of people wanting to talk to him.<br />
