<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Despite the long complicated disposition of,newly,inagurated highest officials of the country-- President Rodrigo Duterte, and Vice,President,Leni Robredo, their first meeting yesterday, July 1st, wasn't awkward at all. It took the Armed,Forces,of the Philippines (AFP) Change of Command rites at Camp Aguinaldo to be together for the first time. The President was the guest,of honor wherein Robredo was also an,invited guests. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Pictures have showed Robredo stood up,while,Duterte ascended the stage after the military gave him arrival honors. However, they sat one,seat apart. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Duterte, acknowledged Robredo at the very,beginning of his speech, and shared that it was his first meeting. He joked about how he,would have seated beside Robreo if not for Secretary of Defense Delfin Lorenzana, who was,seated in between them. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
After the ceremony, Duterte was,seen to offer the VP his favorite coco drink which was humbly declined by Robredo. They chatted a little after that,and even posed for a picture before exiting from the stage. In an interview with Robredo, she shared their,first meeting and said "Ano naman very cordial ang meeting, nagpaalam ako,sa kanya kung pwede ako magpa-set ng schedule ng courtesy visit. Pagbalik ko siguro sa office, iyon ang,aasikasuhin ko na makapag-set kami ng meeting." She added that the president responded,positively and they are looking forward to the meeting. " Oo naman, mukhang welcome naman,para sa kanya." Robredo said. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
It can be recalled that having to run,from different political parties, they weren't in very smooth relationship. Duterte hasn't offered Robredo any cabinet,post because of his friendship with Marcos. </div>

5 Reasons Why President Duterte Is The Most Humble Filipino President That We Ever Had!

0 Duterte, Entertainment, News, President Rodrigo Duterte 2:01:00 PM

<p><div class="hidepic" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkdNST9KkC0MsIGaFgm2uPX08hLG_rAYyQq_pU8zlH4WwZHojJcgZAih5AuGHjm8DNBEBY9M0TDdiNtKkAIbMKIqGB8l1tK2Av2LXRHonUliZXqpeusrcD4Tkomesx4wnaPP5DzBcIUb0/s1600/duterte+humble.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="197" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkdNST9KkC0MsIGaFgm2uPX08hLG_rAYyQq_pU8zlH4WwZHojJcgZAih5AuGHjm8DNBEBY9M0TDdiNtKkAIbMKIqGB8l1tK2Av2LXRHonUliZXqpeusrcD4Tkomesx4wnaPP5DzBcIUb0/s320/duterte+humble.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
A lot of people claim that they voted for,President Duterte because he's one of a kind, he's not like other politicians who'd rather follow the traditional,way of being a politician.<br />
Now, we have here five reasons why,President Duterte is considered as the most humble President that the Filipinos,have ever elected!<br />
<br />
1. No media fanfare
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
The inauguration of the 16th president was,simple yet very meaningful. The media wasn't able to create lots of stories about the inauguration,for they were prevented to cover inside the Palace. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
President Duterte is one of a kind because,he doesn't want the media to cover whatever he's doing as a politician. What's more interesting is that he,never want to inconvenience anyone in his inauguration that's why his inaugural,day was a regular working day.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
2. Filipino foods and Davao staples</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
The highlight of President,Digong's inauguration was actually the menu because Duterte personally requested to have a set of simple,food and beverages. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
The menu includes monggo,guisado, lumpia, pandesal with kesong puti,and of course beef longganisa. While the desserts include Davao's durian tartlets and Duterte's favorite which is maruya.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
3. Bus as service,for the guests</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Before the inauguration, the,guests have arrived not directly in Malacanang Palace but rather in PICC. There, they waited for the bus that,will take them directly to the palace. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
The new administration used this as a,strategy to minimize the disruption of traffic in Manila.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
4. Mindanao-based designers</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Unlike the former president,Benigno Aquino, President Duterte didn't ask Paul Cabral to design a suit for him, instead, Duterte chose to dress,simply in his oath taking. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
He asked help from Mindanao-based,fashion designer Boni Adaza. The ecru-colored barong that he wore was made from synthetic,fiber or piña jusi.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
5. He shows his love for his,country and his countrymen all the time! </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
He keeps on saying that the one,that inspired him to run for presidency wasn't his will but rather his love for his country and for,the Filipinos.</div>
</div>
</div>

1. Feelings of Distrust<br />
So I had a feeling she was cheating as she,set off a lot of red flags. She is constantly laughing and smiling when texting, saying it was,just her mother when I asked. She was “staying late at work” far too often, yet her co-workers already,said she had left hours earlier.<br />
<br />
2. The Last Straw<br />
I knew something definitely was up,when she went out “to get milk” at 11:30 at night and didn’t come back until 2 in the morning. Now if there are any words,of wisdom I can pass on to others in all my years of experience, hire,a private investigator.<br />
<br />
3. Gathering Evidence<br />
You’re probably wondering why the hell I waited,months before I confronted her and did it really needs to be on her birthday. First of all, I wanted as,much evidence as possible to hand off to my lawyer, as well as time to make arrangements,to find a new place to live. Secondly… of course it had to be on her birthday. You see, after asking her,what she wanted to do on her birthday this year she was rather insistent on me going out of town,with my friends as she just had to work anyways and didn’t want to be reminded she was aging.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
4. Super-Secret Surprise Party<br />
I knew something was up after finding a bottle,of champagne and two glasses hidden in my closet. So I do what any sensible man,would have done; I leave and go to my friend’s house pretending like I am going out of town. While,at my friend’s place I call up her mother, father, sister and several of her friends. I tell them how I want to give,her a big surprise by sneaking into our room with party streamers, kazoos and a,big cake with candles.<br />
<br />
5. The Big Day<br />
I had everyone meet me outside,our apartment at 8:30 in the morning. We all pile in the elevator (about 8 of us in total); her mother is,holding the cake and I’m reminding everyone to be as quiet as they can be. I put my key in and unlock the door; we all sneak,in and make our way down the hall towards the,bedroom.<br />
Well as I throw,open the door, we all yell surprise!<br />
But the surprise,was on us and there…<br />
<br />
6. Best Present Ever!<br />
The surprise was actually on,us and there was my wife, butt naked with her lover staring at us wide eyed. Mom drops the cake, sister screams, the father begins,to shout. I pretend like I’m horrified to which her friends try to push,everyone out while yelling at her. My wife, excuse me, ex-wife is sobbing and screaming how could I while the,lover is desperately trying to put his pants on while running out of the place. Needless to say, it was,one of the best birthday presents I have ever given.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
From stories and histories, dinosaurs are,frightening creatures with their towering figures and man-eating appetites. Although,some are small compared to gigantic ones, they're still scaring since they eat flesh, and what are,humans made of?</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
And if you're gonna butt in and say, 'Some don't eat flesh,and are vegetarian,' it's still concerning what'll happen to us when,we meet them. So if someone asked you if you want to recreate dinosaurs, I think most of us will say,that it's a worrisome idea.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
But what if I told you that scientists,are pursuing such a project and are even confident that they can recreate them,in the next 5-10 years? </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Ironically, one of the paleontologists,involved in the genetic research, Dr. Jack Horner was the consultant of Jurassic flicks,and inspiration for "Dr. Alan Grant." Dr. Horner originally believed that recreating dinosaurs require,operating with DNA strands but studies about DNA degradation from the past years have made it,impossible to change directions.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
However, the hope was not lost when a,group of scientists from Harvard and Yale discovered a more workable alternative - chickens.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Dr. Horner explained in an,interview, "Of course, birds are dinosaurs. So we just need to fix them so they look a little more,like a dinosaur." And according to him, the team has progressed greatly in mutating chickens back,to their ancestors (the dinosaurs).</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
They even placed woolly mammoth,genes into elephants to also recreate its ancient conterpart. Their group is currently working out the,differences of a dinosaur and a chicken, which are the tail, arms, hands and mouth. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Dr. Horner and his team believe that the,recreation will happen in no time, having also the ability to reverse-engineer a chicken's beak,not a dinosaur snout. "Actually, the wings and hands are not as difficult. The tail is the biggest project. But on the other hand, we have been able to,do some things recently that have given us,hope that it won't take too long."</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
So be prepared,everyone, the "chickenosaurus" might just happen,tomorrow without us knowing.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Cheating is considered to be one the,reasons why relationships come to an end. There are tons of couple who are breaking up,because their partners cheat on them. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Now, the reasons on why men,cheat on their respective partners are revealed. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here are the factors that affect the,decision of a man to indulge into an affair. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
1. They are not emotionally,satisfied</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
These men also have needs when it comes to,mental and emotional support. When they feel like their partners are not behind them with their,decision, they tend to go to someone who would support them. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
2. Fear of getting,intimate</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
they have a fear of having intimacy,with their respective partners. If this happens, they tend to distance themselves and gets,attached to someone else. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
3. Has plans of,breaking up</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
They already wanted to break up,with their partner. This is their own way of calling it quits to prove that they wanted to be,out of the relationship. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
4. Liar</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
This kind of man is not into monogamous,relationship. He keeps on lying in order,to gain your trust. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
5. High Standards,and Expectations</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
When they are having high,standards and their partner does not meet their needs when it comes to physical, emotional,and even in bed. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
6. Urge</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
They have high libido and their partner,could not keep up with them. They needed to have an extra to attend,to this need.</div>

Mindoro, the large island just off the coast of,Batangas with vast agriculture and fisheries potentials, gets a first taste of the governance style of,President Rody Duterte when the Department of Agriculture holds its first “Tapatan: Gobyerno at Masa.”<br />
<br />
Unlike the usual government,caucuses, however, the Mindoro engagement will be marked by the delivery of machineries and equipment, including motorized,small fishing boats which were requested during my earlier,visit to the island last month.<br />
<br />
Three weeks ago, shortly after,President Duterte named me as his Agriculture Secretary, I launched a nation-wide journey which I called “Biyaheng Bukid” which,brought me to the two provinces of Mindoro.<br />
<br />
I saw the vast potentials of Mindoro especially,in rice production because of its water resources flowing from the mountain ranges of Mt. Halcon,which separates Occidental from Oriental Mindoro.<br />
<br />
In my informal talks with the farmers,and fisherfolk, I found out that somehow they felt that it was very difficult to ask for help from government,and that if assistance ever came, it took a long while before it is delivered.<br />
<br />
So on July 6, after my engagement in,Los Baños, Laguna with the rice sector stakeholders, I will proceed to Mindoro by taking the fast,craft from Batangas Port.<br />
<br />
I will proceed to a Mangyan community,and hold a face-to-face consultation with members of the tribe who have largely been marginalized,and neglected.<br />
<br />
Actually, my decision to spend the night,in Barangay Matula-tula, Pola town was spurred by the conversation I had with a Mangyan,farmer who waited for me in Magsaysay town until 9 p.m. just to tell me what they wanted to get from,government.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
You know what he asked me? Just a road,leading to the village, work animals and seeds.<br />
<br />
I was touched because I have heard that same,story many times before when I was Governor of North Cotabato.<br />
<br />
His story is the story of many other poor,Filipinos dreaming of the day when government would be able to touch their lives.<br />
<br />
These are the people who are not even aware,that while it may seem to be farfetched dream to have a road built leading to their village, thieves in,government count their loot by the billions of pesos.<br />
<br />
On Wednesday night, I will tell them that President,Duterte cares for them and he will deliver his promise of change.<br />
<br />
The following day, I will proceed to Bongabong town,in Oriental Mindoro and meet with farmers and fisherfolk.<br />
<br />
The DA still has some tractors, fishing boats,and irrigation water pumps left in its inventory and these will be turned over to the beneficiaries,who have already been identified.<br />
<br />
To correct the practice in the past of,indiscriminate distribution of equipment, the units which will be released to the beneficiaries on July 7 will be geo-tagged,and the names of the farmers who will receive these will be included in,a data base which DA will keep.<br />
<br />
I have also asked the teams preparing for my,first rural sortie who make sure that the needed orientation and social preparations for the,beneficiaries are conducted.<br />
<br />
Many in the DA will certainly need a lot,of adjustments to this new style of governance.<br />
<br />
But this is the Duterte style. He wants,every Filipino to feel that he is part of government and he would like to see that government,services are delivered, not promised.</div>
